We configure these services so that customer inputs are not used to train public AI models, except where required for limited safety monitoring under provider policies.
We do not transmit account credentials, payment information, or other direct identifiers to AI providers for response generation.
AI outputs are advisory tools only and do not constitute automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
AI queries may be logged temporarily for debugging, abuse monitoring, or service quality purposes.
6. Service Providers and Infrastructure
We use trusted service providers to operate the platform. These may include providers for:

Our primary hosting infrastructure is provided by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
