Kirin Solutions LLC ("Kirin Solutions," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the SKUit platform ("SKUit," the "Service," or the "Platform"), a software-as-a-service application designed to assist professionals in generating and validating Bills of Materials (BOMs) for networking infrastructure.

Users are responsible for ensuring they do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data (such as health records, financial account numbers, or government identifiers), or confidential information beyond what is necessary for the intended functionality of the Service.

Payments for the Service are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you make a payment:

  • Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe
  • Kirin Solutions does not store full payment card numbers

Stripe processes payment data according to its own privacy policy and security standards.

Information You Provide

Information you voluntarily submit when registering an account, creating BOMs, interacting with the assistant, or contacting support.

Automatic Collection

Technical data may be collected automatically through essential session cookies, server logs, and diagnostic monitoring tools.

We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking technologies, or cross-site tracking systems.

Third-Party Services

We may receive limited information from service providers involved in operating the Service, such as authentication providers or payment processors. We do not purchase personal information from data brokers.

5. Artificial Intelligence Processing

The Service includes AI-assisted functionality designed to help generate and validate Bills of Materials.

When you submit queries to the assistant:

  • Portions of your query and relevant session context may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure providers in order to generate responses.

These providers act as data processors on our behalf.

We configure these services so that customer inputs are not used to train public AI models, except where required for limited safety monitoring under provider policies.

We do not transmit account credentials, payment information, or other direct identifiers to AI providers for response generation.

AI outputs are advisory tools only and do not constitute automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.

AI queries may be logged temporarily for debugging, abuse monitoring, or service quality purposes.


6. Service Providers and Infrastructure

We use trusted service providers to operate the platform. These may include providers for:

  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Payment processing
  • Authentication
  • Analytics and diagnostics
  • Security monitoring

Our primary hosting infrastructure is provided by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Service providers process personal information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent personal information.
